职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Ensure fitting comments received from head office are understood and incorporated by suppliers before sending samples to head office (Sweden/ Finland)
? Manage and distribute patterns to the suppliers and also guide them on how to use them.
? Arrange and work with suitable fitting models.
? Solve and improve workmanship/fitting keeping production feasibility in mind.
? Coach and training factories on sampling process and requirements.
? Support merchandiser/QC to solve production problem.

Qualifications
? Education in garment and pattern making.
? Working experience: 3-4 years within the trade.
? Language skills: English in speech and writing.
? Computer skills: Good knowledge.
