职位描述：
1.识别、理解、确保所有客户的要求能在开发和量产阶段得到贯彻
Primary responsibility is to identify, understand, interpret and ensure that all customer requirements will be achieved during projects launching.
2. 确保客户的工具、方法和要求被很好的执行并跨部门与项目经理、采购、产品工程、物流、生产等合作
Ensure that the customer tools, methods and requirement be applied properly, cross function team work with Pur/Program Manager/Product Engineering/Production/Logistic etc.
3. 控制项目阶段质量成本, 包括检具费、样件费、工时等
Control the quality cost include but not limited to Gauge/samples/ED&T etc.
4. 负责前期质量在项目阶段的质量策划，确保在每个阶段的质量保证及文件输出
Be responsible for quality planning in project phases, and quality assurance and make sure quality documents readiness for each gate. (P1,P2,P3,P4)
5. 协助项目管理提供经验教训
Assists program management in providing product application engineers with lessons learned from current production and or customer issues
6、 制作、维护、追踪项目各阶段质量问题点清单，并负责问题点关闭, 包括客户项目阶段工厂审核成功及问题点的关闭.
Initiate the project quality related open issue list, to maintain/tracking and working with Project Team to get them well closed accordingly, also include customer audit open issue list.
7、PPAP提交并获得客户批准，妥善保存项目PPAP文件（包括电子档和纸本档）及PPAP样件.
PPAP documents submission and get full PPAP approval from customer. Keep the PPAP records and reserve the hardcopy and softcopy, also PPAP master samples should be well reserved.
8、与检具工程师合作完成检具规划及验收过程.
Work with Gauge engineer to finish gauge planning/building and approval process.
9.完成上级交办的其它工作.
Complete other assignments given by Plant Manager.

要求Job Requirements：
1、大专及以上学历，3年以上质量管理和项目管理工作经验, 有国际汽车行业相关经验者优先。
3 years customer quality management &project management working experience in International Automotive industry
2、具备产品，过程或质量工程的经验和专业知识要求
Product, process or quality engineering experience & expertise required
3、熟悉统计方法D/PFMEA, GR&R, SPC
Statistical methods on D/PFMEA, GR&R, SPC,DOE,...with six-sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, Master Black Belt,... desired.
4、熟悉汽车行业/电子类客户要求和相关工艺
Familiar with Automotive industry / Electronics customer requirement and process
5、计划/项目管理的知识和能力，经验优先
Program / Project management knowledge and ability, experience are preferred
6、性格开朗，善于沟通，团队协作精神
Open minded, good communication skills ,with team work
