职位描述
Key Duties/岗位职责
- Monitor the flow of cash in bank and cash on hand so as to ensure the consistent maintenance of accurate and adequate levels.
- Maintenance of cashbooks and reconciliation to the bank account statements weekly and monthly.
- Filing, examining, verifying vouchers and identify discrepancies.
- All payments including local supplier payment and staff payment through e-banking check etc.
- Perform weekly cash count and cross check with the cash register in order to verify its accuracy and eliminate inconsistencies.
- Ensure the obtainment of proper approval from State administrative of Foreign Exchange (SAFE) for overseas payments, export receipt and intercompany loan etc all SAFE related works. Make sure all activities to comply with regulations and policy.
- Monthly taxation claim in tax bureau, produce sales invoice and deliver to customers.
- Manage and control office daily expense and provide support to other colleagues
- Other related works as assigned by the General Manager.
Experience/Skills
Essential
- Bachelor Degree major in accounting or business related field
- Minimum 2 years cashier experience
- Excellent computer skills including Excel and Outlook
- English language skills
- Excellent communication skills
Desirable
- experience in finance section of ERP system
