任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，广告策划、新闻、传媒、中文、营销等相关专业；
2.具备2年以上文案策划工作经验，熟悉动画制作流程，有出色的文字撰写能力和良好的口头表达能力，思维敏捷，擅长撰写脚本或文案；
3.熟悉地产行业，能迅速把握项目特性，能够最短时间做出该项目的策划，完成地产宣传片的创意、文案、脚本的创作工作，并负责项目提案；
4.了解大型展览展示行业，配合前端市场的开发，协助客户进行展览展示方案的组合策划；
5.具备一定的市场营销、产品定位分析、创意构想与表现及指导具体执行工作的能力；
6.制作过程中，协同把控产品质量、方向；
7.具有很强的创意、策划能力(具有成功案例者优先）；
8.人品佳，有良好的团队精神，有创新精神，有较强的责任心，工作细致负责，辅助整个团队完成项目，积极协助和指导其他策划人员工作，提炼总结工作思路；
9.完成领导交办的其他工作任务；
10.能承担较大工作压力。
