职位描述
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Maintain and update the management system in accordance with the International Standards, Legal requirements and the Company's regulations.
2. Lead internal audits and facilitate gap closure & improvements.
3. Coordinate or conduct related training needed for above system implementation or identified from the audits.
4. Coordinate or implement the projects which support overall strategic goals and continuous improvement, Identify and implement closed-loop corrective actions.
5. Promote and coordinate non-conformance system in Greater China as country coordinator.
Coordinate company suggestion scheme in Greater China.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor or Master's Degree in chemical or business management area;
2. 10+ solid Knowledge and experience in quality management methodology in chemical industry;
3. Working experience in project management;
4. Solid knowledge and experiences of ISO standards;
5. Good command of oral and written English
6. Good command of Microsoft office tool
7. Knowledge of SAP and Lotus Notes is a plus
