MAIN TASKS:
? Price Management: Coordinate prices for assigned products and define target and limit prices for local sales, monitor price development and drive price increase initiatives.
? Planning/Forecast: Understand and challenge planning and volume forecast for assigned product groups with Local Demand Planning
? Sales & Distribution Channel Management: Support and analyze the performance of sales and distribution channels according to the agreed strategies/KPI.
? Market Intelligence: Develop market intelligence for assigned products: supervise activities in collecting and analyzing relevant intelligence.
? CIM Implementation & Strategy Development: Provide support for CIM review and implementation. Monitor and adopt market strategy for assigned products in cooperation with supervisor and strategic marketing. Provide input of business trends, customer requirements, competitor activities and other relevant data for strategy developments and distribution channels according to the agreed strategies/KPI.
? Market information share with Polymer sales team and LOM to contribution Sales Strategy of C-PAM and A-PAM

REQUIREMENTS:
? Chemical background desired , Chemical Industry Bachelor and above.
? 6 Year above and good experience on Business Development
? Applied chemistry, or related technical background. View of Value sales and Passion, good analysis skills and communication skills
