基本要求
？ 三年以上Web开发经验
？ 纯粹的JavaScript编程经验
？ ECMAScript 6
？ 了解AJAX、REST、WebSocket
？ 精通后端开发，尤其是JavaScript后端编程（NodeJS、ExpressJS）
？ 精通前端编程，熟悉现代JavaScript 框架尤佳，如React或Angular(1,2)
？ 有在Redis、MongoDB、Memcached里进行开发的经验
？ 使用HTML5、CSS4m Stylus或SASS或LESS进行Neat及跨浏览器开发
？ 丰富的Git经验
？ 有NGINX调试经验
？ 能够使用AWS和Docker

计算机科学本科/研究生或同等学历
三年以上响应式Web开发经验
有SDLC、Agile和测试驱动开发及持续集成的经验
有使用JSON、RESTful Web服务进行后端数据/API集成的经验
有ECMAScript 6的相关经验
有测试框架和代码质量审查工具的相关经验
 了解设计模式，尤其是Web 2.0 Model-View-Controller (模型-视图-控制器，MVC)

其他非必须要求：
？ 使用过高负载系统
？ 使用过打包系统，如Grunt、Gulp、WebPack
