Commerial Specialist


Report to: China Country Manager



PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

Handling the daily internal sales & logistics operation like order confirming, documents preparation, shipment arrangement etc.
Closely working with the NA & Europe plants to release the internal purchasing order, also including the OEM plant in China, coordinating with the forwarder company to ensure the import goods arrival on time.
Recording the inventory in Shanghai Logistics Center and working with the manager to arrange necessary follow-up action upon request
Providing support to China sales team for all commercial activities and maintenance.
To assist daily office administration


Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in internatonal trading, business admintration, logistics related.
2 years working experience in relative industry
High personal integrity and an ability to work independently

Must be able to speak and read Mandarin Chinese and English

Strong communication and inter personal skills.
