Responsibilities:

As Project Leader at KMA you are working closely with our customers and take responsibility for all technical aspects as well as the project management throughout the sales and project process by

- assisting in generating and adjusting proposals to match customers requirements

- being the prior customer contact after projects have been won

- creating and approving machine and peripheral layouts with the customer and our German head quarters

- generate purchasing orders and coordinate production according to drawings with suppliers

- planning of machine installation with customer, scheduling of shipment and assembly team

- supervising construction site and leading assembly team

- commissioning and training of customer and assembly team

- scheduling of maintenance and repair of filters

Requirements:

- Educational background in engineering with project management and/or engineering experience in equipment industry

- Open and friendly personality with strong English & Chinese communication skills (both written & spoken)

- High degree of service commitment and customer orientation

- High level of time management and organisation with attention to detail

- Flexibility and willingness for occasional business trips (30% of working time)

- CAD drawing

- Good office software skills

- Formal, professional, self-confident appearance

- High level of commitment

- Collaborative working style
