1本科及本科以上学历，法学专业，熟悉合同法、公司法、专利法等法律
2性格乐观开朗，富有团队意识，有较强的抗压能力
3熟悉企业管理基本运作

岗位职责
1起草和审核公司的合同，有合同管理经验
2编制和修改公司规章制度，并对其进行执行和监督
3负责公司专利的维护
4对公司日常运行中存在的法律风险进行评估并进行控制
5熟悉政府补贴项目，申请各类政府补贴
6对外代表公司处理纠纷，有实际经验者优先考虑 举报 分享
