Requirements

- Master degree or above in biology or pharmaceutical sciences related major.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales and marketing field, working experience in(contract research organization) is preferred.

- Oversea education and working experience in a plus.

- Excellent skills in both written and verbal English.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Conscientious, dedicated and enthusiastic personality.

- Responsiveness, dedication, enthusiasm, and team spirit.

Job Description

- Be responsible for clients' inquiries, prompt reply and close follow up, timely track inquiry status.

- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.

- Manage client accounts using computer software.

- Assist department head in preparation of business development plan and marketing plan.

- Be responsible for managing client communication tools such as the corporate news, brochure, website, exhibitions at conferences, wechat, etc.
