职位描述:

1、结合项目分析、策略规划及诉求点的把控，负责影片动画的前期策划和提案；
2、协同项目部和导演进行影片创意探讨、分镜头脚本的撰写；
3、积极引导和沟通制作部门对策划方案思路的理解，达成影片预期效果。
岗位内容：
1、本科以上学历，中文、影视策划、广告、传媒、新闻、营销或相关专业，2-3年以上房地产广告策划或互动行销经验；
2、熟悉地产项目的定位、推广、公关、渠道，了解营销理论及最新的营销思路，能进行策略性深度思考；
3、文字功底深厚，擅长多种体裁及文风，出色的提案沟通能力，执行力强；
4、优秀的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，责任心强，有工作激情和事业心；
5、了解三维动画、TVC广告制作流程，精通Photoshop者优先考虑。
