职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、 负责与客户沟通，报价、接收订单；负责处理托书，安排从国外提货，并向代理确认单证，跟进航班；跟踪货物信息、报关、应收款催收等事宜；
2、 负责联系国外代理，与之保持良好的沟通和交流；
3、 负责与香港车队沟通安排客户货物派送事宜；
4、 单证及文件的制作、整理及归档等，并安排开发票事宜；
5、 进行相关费用的核对和统计；
6、 处理各类突发事件并及时向上级汇报；
7、 完成上级领导交办的其他相关工作。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for communicating with customers, quote, receive orders and arrange delivery from abroad, and confirm the documents to the agent, follow up the flight; track cargo information, customs declaration, follow up outstanding AR and other related matters;
2. Responsible for contacting with foreign agent, keep good communication with them;
3. Responsible for contacting with the drivers, arrange HONGKONG delivery issues;
4. Make and manage the documents , files and invoices etc.;
5. Check associated Statistica costs;
6. Handling emergencies and report to the superior;
7. Complete other related work assigned by the superior.


任职资格：
1、2年以上货代、进出口及相关企业工作经验；
2、英文流利，能独立与国外进行跟进操作；
3、熟悉货代操作流程，具备单证、货代、运输及一定进出口贸易知识，熟悉运用office等常用办公软件；
4、具备较强的客户服务意识及团队合作意识，工作细心、认真负责和主动；
5、良好的沟通能力、学习能力以及较强的协调能力。

Requirments:
1. At least two years of freight forwarding, import & export and related working experience;
2. Fluent engllish , follow up the foreign operation independently;
3. Familiar with the operation process of freight forwarders, with documentation, transportation and import & export trade knowledge. Master in office software such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint;
4. Have strong sense of customer service and team spirit, treatment of a serious and responsible;
