职位描述：
Position Objective:
- Tracking reports of CHO Distribution contests and conferences.
- Support to review Agency SSC open/close/expansion.
- Support to provide data analysis for distribution business.
- Assist team head to manage daily procedure of team function and people development.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare & submit regular product & contest & business tracking report.
- Provide contest result updates for CHO organized convention and contests, and provide post review result either.
- Prepare & submit monthly agency SSC related reports.
- Assist department head to review the local application for SSC open/close/expansion.
- Assist to do data analysis on agency recruitment or agency compensation or agency maintenance and etc.
- Assist to reporting related project

Job Requirements:
- University graduate or above, major in computer science, information technology
- 3+ years related experience from IT or distribution management / administration with good understanding of database or distribution administration
- At least with 1+ years JAVA experience
- Proficiency in Websphere//J2EE/HTML/Java script/CSS/SQL
- Good communication and presentation skill, good analytical skill and a problem solver
