职位描述：
As a software designer you will be in charge of conceptualising, framing, implementing, commissioning, and ultimately modifying complex systems.
It involves problem solving and planning a software solution including both a component and algorithm design and an architecture design.

You'll play an important part in making our business more efficient.

You might be responsible for the replacement of a whole system based on the specifications provided by the needs of our team.
You are to decide to work with 'off the shelf' software, modifying it and integrating it into the existing network or start it from scratch. The skill in this is creating the code to link the systems and information together.

Responsibilities:

* Reviewing current system and Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution
development, and proposed solutions.
* Presenting ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals if needed by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
* Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
* Improves operations by conducting systems analysis.
* Working closely with the whole team including, managing partners, designers and staff.
* Producing detailed specifications and writing the programme codes.
* Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live.
* Preparation of training manuals for users.
* Maintaining the systems once they are up and running.
* Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
* Provides information by collecting, analysing, and summarising development and service issues.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Analysing Information , General Programming Skills, Software Design, Software Debugging, Software Documentation, Software Testing, Problem Solving, Teamwork, Software Development Fundamentals, Software Development Process, Software Requirements.
* Proven work experience as a computer software engineer or software developer.
* Hands on experience in designing interactive applications.
* Ability to develop software in C, C++, C#, Java or other selected languages.
* Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate).
* Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC).
* Experience with test-driven development.
* Mastery in software engineering tools.
* Ability to document requirements and specifications.
* Familiarity with software development methodology and release processes.
* BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering. 举报 分享
