职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、通过微信、QQ、微信公众号等渠道，服务用户解决游戏过程中遇到的问题
2、记录整理用户反馈，有效反馈给团队相关同事；
3、与兄弟部门进行良好有效的沟通帮助用户解决问题

任职要求：
1.热爱游戏，有游戏客服及论坛管理经验优先；
2.熟练使用OFFIC软件，具有良好的书面表达能力及书写能力,打字75/分以上；
3.积极乐观，具有良好的服务意识、沟通能力、应变能力、抗压能力；
4.有一定的数据分析能力，善于收集和整理文档；
5.具有一定的敏感度，能够判断事件的紧急程度是否进行上报；
