You will assist the sales director in setting the marketing strategy and be responsible of execution. This is why you need to have broad competencies while still know though details about the key B2C marketing areas.

To handle the job you need to have the following skills:
- Good understanding of Shanghai's B2C market
- Extensive experience with marketing on Chinese social media and blogging
- Have strong narrative skills in Chinese to create catchy extern communication
- Be familiar with the processes used when creating large events and attracting the right people and media
- Be capable in graphic design, including some past work experience with creation of graphic design

Also, we expect you to hold and utilize a strong network within media, design and advertisement.

About the right person

The right person for the position will probably have a master degree in marketing or similar. Likewise the person has 2-3 years of working experience preferably in a marketing company, or in the marketing department of a known B2C brand. We expect you to have a high level of English and must thrive in a flexible work environment with a high working pace. We expect you to come with an "I can do it"-attitude, and that you are 100% dedicated to your assignments.
