职位描述：
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
? Implement corporate directives for production of company products.
? Produce and distribute quality products consistent with good manufacturing processes to customers in
a timely manner.
? Overall management responsibilities include:
o Purchasing
o Production
o Shipping & Receiving
o Quality Assurance
o Safety and Environmental Compliance
o Budget Generation and Compliance
o Support Vendors
o Maintenance
? Maintain the company operations structure by:
o Assignment of work responsibilities
o Monitoring of personnel progress and conducting personnel reviews
o Recruitment, interview and selection of new employees
o Schedule required training for new and existing employees
o Maintain proper relations with customers and vendors
o Implement the corporate specified Safety & Health program
? Oversight for site safety and environmental compliance. Must be maintained to both company
standards and local regulations.
? Directs all safety, health and environmental activities as required to both support changing company
needs or changes in local regulations.
? Interface with engineering, accounting, sales, suppliers and corporate management on an as required
basis.
? On a continual basis, review and when required, revise applicable ISO 9001 procedures.
? Provide weekly e-mail updates of key activities and metrics
? Prepare Monthly Reports highlighting activities occurring throughout the month.
? Recommend cost reduction actions, develop productivity enhancements and streamline the manpower
usage to achieve budgetary and customer delivery requirements.
? Participate in the long range planning process.
? Provide Hands-on process leadership and troubleshooting
? Identify new equipment required to maintain production requirements.
? Identify the requirement for plant equipment and personnel to corporate management.
? Chair the monthly management – employee safety meetings. Identify safety issues & Implement
corrective action to maintain a safe work environment. Notify management of any safety related issue
requiring capital funds to address.
? Prepare, update and (when required) distribute the following items: Production Schedule and
Response to Corrective / Preventive Action
? Must be able to work with the chemicals without adverse/allergic reaction with reasonable chemical
hygiene.


Education and/or Experience:
Requires a technical degree preferably in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
or a related field and 10 years experience in a manufacturing line management position. Must have 5 years
demonstrated hands on experience in safety and environmental compliance. 举报 分享
