职位描述：
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
1. Building & Facility Maintenance
- Daily routine check material handling equipment and do maintenance job in time to ensure service quality
- Preventive Maintenance Inspection
- -Maintenance documents control
2. Project Support
- Project Coordination, audit & report
3. CHSP& Housekeeping
- Keep healthy, safety and cleaning environment - Conducts H&S audits and report any unsafe act or incident and follow up on action items
- Housekeeping and environmental protection
4. Financial & Learning
- Cost saving initiatives implement
- -Successfully passed PE related training topic and demonstrate the understanding
 - Conveyor & Building Specification Learning and pass the examine

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1. Junior College Education in Building or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering related discipline.
2. 3 years related experience in logistics industrial, building or facility. Work license for electrician and welding owned would be an advantage.
3. Good knowledge of logistic equipment, electrical technology would be an advantage.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Good in English, Oral and Written.
6. Well-versed in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Auto-CAD.
