职位描述
1. Position：Mechanical Design Engineer 机械设计工程师
2. Report to: Engineering Department Manager 工程部经理
3. Target and Mission
Responsible for applying established Engineering principles to design and develop new products, and modify existing products.
遵循已有的工程部规则，设计开发和整改现有产品。
4. Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for product design activities required to develop and maintain products in the industry. Especially using Solidworks to do model and produce manufacturing drawings.
负责根据客户需要设计开发并维护现有产品（机场特种设备), 尤其是进行Solidworks三维设计和二维工程图绘制
- Plan and schedule all activities required to accomplish assigned task/project.
对分配的任务或新项目，有计划地按时完成。
- Responsible for system performance analysis, component selection, structural and sheet metal design, plumbing design, and test planning.
负责产品总体设计和贯标及性能分析，进行零部件选型，结构板金件设计，液压系统布管设计和测试大纲制定。
- Produce product documentation required for component purchasing, unit manufacturing, and user manuals.
完成产品零部件采购规格单制定，制造装配总图及其产品用户操作及其维护手册编制。
- Develop and monitor test procedures consistent with design criteria.
制定产品制作过程检验流程，监控产品性能与设计标准一致性。
- Direct and coordinate manufacturing or building of prototype product.
直接协调产品原型样机装配过程，确保项目按进度完成。
- Support and answer technical inquiries from sales, service and quality assurance departments.
支持答复来自销售售后及其质量部门的技术问题。
- Maintain prompt, thorough and positive action on all investigations of report defectiveness.对报告的产品缺陷，需积极主动，及时迅速，准确彻底地作出相应的分析和改进。
- Review and approve Engineering Change Requests. Perform data entry and release functions within Baan system.
审核并批准提出工程更改需求，执行技术资料的ERP录入并发布正式技术文档。
- Other assignments as designated by Department Manager.

5. Other Responsibilities:
- ISO 9001: establish standards and procedures for the pursuit of ISO 9001.
ISO 9001贯标所需的产品技术标准，技术资料和相关文档的建立和维护。
- Maintain currency with respect to technical skills by attending training classes, special technical and administration courses, seminars, exhibits and trade shows as needed.
通过参加技能培训，其他技术管理课程或参加行业展览等不断提高业务水平。
6. Requirements:
1. Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
机械专业学士学位及以上学历
2. 4 years of mechanical design experience, preferably automotive or construction machinery.
4年以上工程设计经验，特种车辆及其工程机械工程师优先
3. Strong written, verbal , analytical and interpersonal skills in English
良好的英文口头和书面交流能力
4. Computer skills: ERP (BaaN) system experience, Solidworks 3D, knowledge of Microsoft Office.

5. Good communication skills, team cooperation ability and organizational capability and preciseness, positive working attitude.
