卓非/卓焕隶属于TZG集团公司，主要从事于非洲旅游路线开发、服务，卓焕主要以全球私人旅游路线定制，满足高端消费客户群体对于个性化旅游路线的定制需求。

工作职责：
1、全面掌握小组业务情况，并及时向部门总监及公司管理层反馈业务进展情况、提交相关数据及问题；
2、根据客户需求制定境外旅游团组的行程方案；
3、制定月度和季度的营销方案及推荐产品；
4、负责小组的整体日常运行，监督并审核关键性合规指标；
5、带领小组成员协助销售部门完成年初预算指标；
6、指导组内员工的业务操作，帮助员工成长并提高其业务技能；
执行公司管理层、部门总监布置的其他任务。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历；
2、4年以上旅游从业经验，具有OP团队管理经验优先；
3、具有高度的责任感，能够适应经常性的出差与较高强度的工作压力；
4、具备良好的英语听、说、读、写能力；
