完成所负责销售区域内指定客户销售额

提高销售成功率

系统性规划并开发潜在客户

与指定销售区域及行业内的客户、代理商紧密合作完成销售额，包括：

- 满足现有客户需求

- 潜力的客户的系统性开发

与电话销售沟通合作，制定并完成拜访计划

与电话销售合作，完成客户拜访报告并有效地跟进有价值客户

利用捆绑销售和交叉销售等营销手段，开发客户的购买潜力

职位要求：

本科及以上学历；

三年以上销售经验，包括二年以上仪器仪表行业的销售管理及代理商管理经验；

良好的职业操守及沟通技巧；

熟悉指定的目标客户群体或行业中的技术需求及相关规定

Job Description:

Order Income for assigned customers in the Sales Unit / Sales Region

Conversion Rate Leads - Sales

Systematic sales increase with potential customers

Realization of customer visits within Sales Unit / Sales Region with the objective to generate orders:

- customers with current request

- systematic development of potential customers

Visit planning and tour planning in coordination with inside sales

Documentation of realized visits with follow up if necessary (in coordination with inside sales)

Systematic exploitation of up-selling and cross-selling potentials

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above;

Three years’ above sales experiences including two years’ above sales management and dealer management experiences within measuring instrument industry;

Sales experience (Sales technique, product knowledge)

Deep knowledge on technical regulations and other guidelines in the assigned target group
