MAIN TASKS:
? Achieve agreed targets China EVG for: Margin /sales / costs / inventories / receivables.
? Execute agreed sales & marketing strategy to coordinate EVG Global Strategy.
? Establish clear guidelines on roles and responsibilities and business processes.
? Sales management: monitor, support and advise sales activities.
? Sales network management: retain and manage distributors.
? Establish close communications with senior management of customers.
? People development: identify gaps and provide training and exposure for the team lead by example for value sales.
? Identify potential new business opportunities for EVG, implement work plan.

REQUIREMENTS:
? Chemical Industry Bachelor and above.
? 6 Year above and good experience on key account management.
? Applied chemistry, or related technical background.
? View of Value sales and Passion.
