Qualification:

1. Communicate with Tokyo branch for phone confirming and control of payment items
2. Construct a payment message, MT103 or MT202 on CR+ or MERVA.
3. Construct a SWIFT message, MT199 or MT299.
4. Prepare an amendment/cancellation to the original payment on MERVA, if necessary.
5. Check payment details against payment applications.
6. Reconcile payment details against the audit trail and the bank statement the next business day.



Requirements:

1. Good typing speed and good command of PC.
2. Good command of the bank system applications and Internet web site.
3. Good communication with Tokyo branch in English or Japanese.
4. Skills and knowledge to complete MT103 and MT202
5. Understanding of the bank policy and SOPM and adherence to those rules.
6. Awareness of regulations and laws including OFAC and money laundering.
