Job Description

DESCRIPTION
Position: IT Support Officer
Department: Information Technology
Work Location: Shanghai
Reports to: Office Manager

OVERVIEW
This is a support staff role who provides Shanghai Office with IT skills, carry on regular IT services, and ensure the smooth operation of the IT system.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Provide desk side support to users including PC setup, application support, network setup, software installation and configuration
? Troubleshooting Company hardware, software and networks so as to maintain system smooth running
? Assist in sourcing vendors for IT related equipment and inventory control
? Asset Management for all IT equipment and maintain it regularly
? Perform PCs and Servers Backup and Restore
? Monitor virus, Trojan and malware activities
? Keep IT activities logged and close issue tickets within required time frame
? Training users and responding to feedback
? Perform ad hoc task as required

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION

PROFESSIONAL AND/OR TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
? Certificate or Degree in IT/Computer or equivalent disciplines

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
? Organization and communication skills
? At least 2 years working experience in supporting Windows environment
? Strong sense of responsibility and a good team player
? Time management skills
? Good command of written and spoken English
? Salesforce and SharePoint knowledge/Experience would be a real plus
? Immediate available is preferred

PERSONAL QUALITIES
? Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well
? Able to work under pressure and multi-task
? Positive working attitude with strong analytical and problem solving skills
? Able to work independently
