职位描述：
o 客户订单处理，包括：正常销售订单，内部成本中心订单，库存转移订单及租赁订单等。及时根据客户的付款和信用状况安排出货，并开系统发票 / customer order processing including: Normal sales orders, internal cost center orders, stock transfer orders and rental orders, etc. Arrange order dispatching in a timely manner according to customer payment & credit status and issue system invoices afterwards.
o 与总部同事和货代/代理协调以确保进口货物能及时抵运上海仓库 / Coordinate with headquarter colleagues and forwarder / broker on import goods to ensure timely goods arrival at Shanghai warehouse.
o 与销售及财务就客户付款及发票问题合作 / Cooperate with sales and finance colleagues on customer payment and invoicing issues.
o 与仓库人员合作以完成入库和出库 / Collaborate with warehouse staffs on incoming goods receipt and outbound dispatching.
o 申请国内运输保险 / Apply for domestic transportation insurance.
o 年度库存盘点 / Annual inventory counting.
o 其他仓库管理工作，如运输文件归档，物流账单验证等 / Other warehouse administration jobs, eg. shipping document filing, logistic billing verification, etc.
o 主管分配的其他任务 / Other tasks assigned by supervisor.


职位要求 / Requirements

o 本科学历，国贸及物流管理专业者优先 / Bachelor degree, major in international trade or logistic management is preferred
o 1-2年工作经验，基本ERP系统和供应链管理知识 / 1-2 years working experience with basic knowledge in ERP system and supply chain management
o 责任心强，勤奋，积极主动，注重细节 / Liable, diligent, proactive and detail oriented
o 良好的英文读写能力 / Good English in written and speaking
