工作职责Job Responsibilities:
1. Disassembly, cleaning, inspection, repair and reassembly the electrical components and wire harnesses,etc. 分解,清洗,检查,修理和重新装配电气附件和电缆等.
2. Maintain the record and reports per aviation regulation requirements.按民用航空规章相关要求保存工作有关记录和报告.
3. Maintain the equipment TPM to ensure it is always under a good condition.做好设备日常管理维护工作( TPM),确保设备总是处于可用状态.
4. Keep and follow the safety requirement to operate the equipment safely.严格遵守安全规范要求,保持设备安全运行.
5. Continue to improve the electrical wire harness repair process on quality and efficiency.持续主动改进电缆维修质量和效率.
6. Become the process owner for electrical wire harness repair process such as creating standard work procedure, developing new capability electrical components, employee training, troubleshooting etc.管理电缆维修过程,创建维修相关标准操作程序,开发新的电器附件维修能力,培训其他人员和维修过程排故.
7. Complete the ACE (continue improvement) activities and EHS tasks assigned.完成持续改进有关项目和安全生产有关任务.
8. Cross training on other complementary skills and seeks endorsements for those skill as needed to support production requirements.根据生产安排情况接受其他能力培训,拓展并取得其他工作能力授权.
9. Release the repaired wire harness with the CAAC certificate.对维修后的电缆发放CAAC证书.
10. Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.完成主管安排的其他任务.
录用及就职条件Basic qualifications required for the Job :
1. Mechanical, aeronautical engineering related diploma from a technical school or above航空，机械工程相关专业技校或以上文凭
2. Over 5 years work experience on aviation electrical components and wire harness repair .5年以上航空电气附件和电缆维修相关工作经验.
3. Be able to read and interpret Schematic drawing & Electric circuit diagram能读懂电气相关图纸.
4. Familiar with CMM manual, WDM and the related electrical tooling/equipments application.熟悉CM,WDM手册和熟练使用各种电器相关工具设备.
5. Hold CAAC ELC license and has the electrical components repair final release experience.具有CAAC ELC 基础维修执照和电气附件最终放行经验.
6. Good English skills to read the related technical data and perform other daily tasks.良好的英语应用能力,能读懂相关英文技术资料和完成英语相关的日常工作.
7. Good interpersonal skills and team player.良好的人际交往能力和团队合作精神.
