Qualifications:
◆ 本科, 工科学士学位
◆ 接受过TS16949培训,具备6西格玛黑带证书者优先考虑
.◆ 在质量或技术部门有8年以上的工作经验，工作经历至少有5年光伏行业经验且作为经理职能；
◆ 掌握光伏组件认证和测试流程,从事过光伏组件认证例如TUV, CSA/UL, JET, CQC认证等
◆ 掌握光伏组件相关工业标准IEC61215, IEC61730 以及组件外观EL测试标准及要求
◆ 掌握质量管理体系（ISO9001,ISO14000）具备内审员或者体系审核员
◆ 掌握质量控制方法“DMAIC”, “Kaizen”,“8D”, “FMEA”
◆ 可靠的有组织的分析和问题解决能力及写作技巧
◆ 流利中文和英语表达能力；

◆ A bachelor’s degree in Engineering
◆ Eight (8) years above of professional work experience in a technical or quality function with at least five (5) years in a manager function in the PV industry.
◆ Mastery of PV module process of certification and testing, experienced in TUV, CSA/UL, JET, CQC.
◆ Mastery of PV standard: IEC61215; IEC61730 & PV module inspection and EL criterion.
◆ Mastery of quality system management (ISO9001/14000), preferred ISO auditor
◆ Mastery of quality control methodology like” DMAIC” “Kaizen” “8D” “FMEA”
◆ Solid and structured analytical, problem-solving and writing skills
◆ Fluency in English and Mandarin;

Job Description:
光伏质量项目经理岗位主要负责对公司质量保证，标准研究和工程项目领域内关键性增长业务的协调，报告和日常执行。该岗位会根据需要起草文档和往来函件，执行分析，根据要求管理项目和任务，根据需要完成客户项目日常要求或者被CEA执行团队认为是合理的客户的项目或者要求。所有的工作都应该及时的和足够质量的按照上级领导或者客户确定的要求提交。

This ‘PV Quality Project Manager’ position is mainly responsible for coordination, reporting and daily execution of the company’s key strategic growth initiatives in the areas of quality assurance, standards research and engineering projects. The Employee will draft documents and correspondences as needed, perform analyses, manage projects and tasks as required, and complete any other reasonable client project or requested duties deemed necessary by the CEA Executive Team or as mandated by client project requirements. All work should be submitted in a timely manner and be of sufficient quality as is determined by the PO Head or the client.

1. 在质量控制项目中协调客户和指定工厂
a. 完成国内外光伏制造商的工厂调查和审核
b. 到工厂所在地监督质量控制工作力度，保证高质量的内部质量标准在光伏产品生产监造项目中得到保持
2. 及时和成功的完成公司质量控制工作的执行和实施
a. 在工厂开始生产之前收集和检查项目文档，包括IQC，程序，工人资质，报告/记录等。
b. 管理工厂光伏产品的发货前检验工作
c. 在工厂访问期间确根据EN/IEC 61215和其他相关行业标准进行的测试的质量
d. 在外包的第三方检测中心需要时，安排和监督在中国以及其他国际市场上的独立测试是实验室的测试，确保按时，按预算完成项目，并符合客户的期望
e. 及时和专业的起草和完成质量控制项目中的报告
3. QC团队和知识结构的建立
a. 给予和参加团队的内部培训，与CEA团队分享行业内的技术知识
b. 支持和参加外部培训并根据自己的专业经验提供培训反馈
c. 每个季度至少一次维护和更新CEA公司的内部标准，协调现有团队成员完成这项工作
d. 完成和更新CEA公司内部的组件工厂审核材料并建立对应的缺陷跟踪数据库
4. 支持光伏质量和市场研究计划
a. 寻求了解整个光伏行业的技术和质量控制流程
b. 根据当前产业链上各部分的市场趋势开发成本分析知识
c. 开发光伏产业的技术趋势知识，根据需要为CEA的其他员工提供培新
5. 完成工程相关项目
a. 太阳能相关产品和组分的采购和供应商评估
b. 设计相关项目的执行
c. 维护CEA现有的行业关系，以及与光伏行业的各专业人士建立新的关系
6. 后勤办公室和运作
a. 遵循所有的后勤运作
b. 遵守公司关于行为规范和客户接触的指导

1. Coordinate quality control projects with clients and specified factories:
a. Complete PV manufacturer factory audits for a range of PV products both in China as well as in other countries outside of China
b. Travel to local factories to oversee quality control efforts and ensure high quality internal standards are maintained during solar PV production monitoring projects
c. Manage engineering projects, quality control initiatives, and support related departments so as to ensure the timely completion of client engagements
2. Perform and execute quality control efforts in a timely and successful manner
a. Collect and review project documents prior to production, including: IQC, procedures, worker qualification, reports/records, etc.
b. Manage pre-shipment inspection of solar PV products
c. Ensure quality of all functions and related tests according to EN/IEC 61215 and other related industry standards during factory visits
d. Arrange and oversee independent test lab operations with outsourced third-party testing centers both inside China as well as other international markets to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget in line with client expectations
e. Draft and complete quality control reports in a timely and professional manner
f. Update all internal reporting and SOP requirements to ensure that CEA management can
g. Refine company documents as related to quality control projects
3. QC team and knowledge infrastructure building
a. Give and attend team internal training and share the industry technical knowledge within the CEA team
b. Support and attend external training and provide feedback based on your professional experiences
c. Maintain and update the CEA internal standards at least once per quarter and coordinate such efforts across existing team members
d. Complete and update the CEA internal module factory audit materials and corresponding defect tracking database
4. Support PV quality and market research initiatives
a. Seek understanding of technology and quality control processes throughout the industry
b. Develop cost analysis understanding regarding current market trends at a component level
c. Develop understanding of technology trends in solar PV industry and provide training as needed to additional CEA employees
d. Assist CEA employees and management with ad hoc market research reports as needed
5. Complete engineering related projects
a. Sourcing and supplier evaluation of solar related products and components
b. Design related projects execution
c. Maintain CEA’s existing industry relationships, as well as establish new relationships with solar sector professionals
Back Office and Operations
a. Follow all back office procedures
