职位描述：
Duties:
1. Flag-out budget overrun & missed milestone to the concerned project manager.
2. To calculate CV/CPI & SV/SPI for potential projects.
3. Track status of projects & report it to concerned management.
4. Analyze recovery plans
5. Develops and analyzes critical path network and establishes baseline schedules.
6. Monitor the cost & progress of the projects based on pre-defined budget & plan.
7. Report achieved/missed milestones.
8. Measure work performance against engineering work standards.
9. Measure work progress.
10. Develop work breakdown structure.
11. Develop activities.
12. Track status of projects & report it to concerned management.
13. Analyze recovery plans.
14. Ensure proper performance levels based on agreed measured parameters such as KPI (Key Performance Index) and others, as applicable.
15. Analysis of schedule and preparation SV & SPI accurately.
16. Analyze more complex schedule.
17. Develop more complex project schedule.
18. Analyze more complex cost reports.
19. Review contractor schedule.
20. Solid understanding of many of the aspects involved in the projects & how these activities are inter-related.

Accountability:
1. Ensure that established goals and objectives are measured and achieved.
2. Accurate update of master plan with recovery one.
3. Ensure the periodical update for project progress status (weekly / monthly).
4. Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures & standards.
5. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations & standards of local authorities.
6. Ensure on time submittals of all required reports, documents & information maintaining required level quality & accuracy.

Qualification, Skills & Experience:
- BSc degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in project scheduling.
- Thorough knowledge of policies.
- Good communication Skills.
- Speaks English very well.
- Experience in applicable software.
- Strong computer skills and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of experience in applicable software.
- SAP Project System & Primavera Knowledge.
