Responsibilities:
Be responsible for supplier development;
Be responsible for monitoring supplier performance, and drive for improvement;
Implementing the supplier evaluation and qualification audit;
Help supplier to optimize the manufacturing process to achieve quality objective;
Follow up corrective action till closure of all findings;
Implementing the supplier on-site inspection;
Verify that product comply with technical specification;
Identify quality deviation and trouble shooting at site;
Gives and guides technical /quality specification to supplier;
Customer claim handling;
Providing quality inspection report;
Providing data to annual supplier review and assessment;
Order follow up to ensure on time delivery;
Other tasks assigned by management;
Requirements:
College graduated in mechanical ,electrical background;
5 years experience in manufacturing/production field;
Be able to design and implement inspection protocols;
Familiar with drawings / specifications, and manufacturing process evaluation;
Fluent in oral and written English, skilled with MS Office, CAD;
Analytical, attention to details, commitment to excellence, team work spirit;
Be able to travel frequently ;
