Technical Support Engineer

职责Job Responsibilities:

- The main focus will be problem solving hardware & software related issues on VITRONIC image processing systems for Logistics (VIPAC).
- Fault diagnosis and solution by teleservice and remote connection.
- Hotline support for customer advice.
- Mechanical and electrical installation, commissioning, configuration and delivery of complete plants on site to our customers when necessary.
- Repair and maintenance of our systems at customer sites when necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of customer sales & service quotations.
- Communicate with engineering in Germany for technical needs.
- Other assignment
要求Qualifications:
- Qualified electrical engineer (work will be 80% electrical, 20% mechanical)
- Good knowledge of PC and network technology.
- Autonomous, independent, flexible & reliable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experienced Service Technician (at least 3 years’ experience).
- Knowledge and experience in image processing and machine vision;
- Service-oriented, customer-friendly;
- Good team work spirit and problem solving skills;
