职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
? New equipment selection, installation and evaluation
? Equipment maintenance and repair
? TPM implementation
? Define and develop equipment PM items, PM schedule and drive to make sure fully compliance.
? Improvement equipment performance to increase equipment productive and reduce equipment related yield lost.
? Drive equipment related cost saving project.
? Drive equipment key indicators such as MTBA, OEE, unscheduled down time for further improvement.
? Spare parts management, monthly review spare parts status base on actually parts damaged case to define reasonable inventory to balance parts shortage and parts storage.
? Drive equipment related 6S to make zero safety accident and good 6S condition.
? Edit train material and train technician for equipment operation, setup, PM, overhaul and basic trouble shooting skill.
? Knowledge management for best known method sharing and documentation.
? Equipment supplier management to track vendor’s working implement, result buyoff, and repeat case feedback.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in EE, ME, Materials, Physics, Science.
? Around 5 years of working experience in medical device or related industry; Mfg engineering / equipment engineering experience is preferred
? Strong team work capabilities.
? Ability to work effectively within complex decision making; Strong ability to operate independently; ability to work collaboratively and resolve conflict across different functional areas in organization.
? Quality-conscious, result-oriented, business-minded, and ready to take responsibility
? Lead or adopt to changes that are relevant to the organization.
? Familiar with office softwares such as outlook, excel, power point and so on.
? Capable of data collection and basic analysis skill.
? Strong presentation skills; effectively communication technique at multiple levels with strong language skills in both Chinese & English. 举报 分享
