职位描述：
Senior CRM Consultant – SH

Responsibility:
1. Conduct the requirement clarification with customers to get full and rational requirements
2. Requirements sorting and analysis. Work out business flowchart and requirement analysis documentation
3. Work closely with and clarify the customer requirements to development team
4. Requirement procedure management. Keep balance between requirement and workload. Strong ability of change management
5. Support the business process translation and development work as per the customer requirements
6. Responsible for the final quality of the product

Required Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, or English
2. 5+ years experience in BA
3. Familiar with software development life cycle
4. Strong skills in business model analysis, communication and documentation
5. Awareness of teamwork and customer-centric
6. Proficient in using MS Office, particularly Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
7. Good English skills in both reading and writing

Preferred:
1. Automobile industry background work experience
2. Knowledge of processes in automobile industry or the related IT
