职位描述：
OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的
？ Responsible for mass production product warranty activities such as R/1000, Warranty Cost, Warrant Improving Plan and customer communication, in order to make the warranty performance and warranty cost in control.
2．MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
? Responsible for warranty part analysis, and work closely with relative department to setup and follow up corrective action.
? Communicate and reporting to customer for ECB/ short mileage failure once claimed by customer.
? Manage the warranty cost, appeal to customer for any abnormal like NFT, part not received, ect.
? Continuous monitoring and systematic analysis of warranty returning and indicators to identify trends and/or possible upcoming issues.
? Leading warranty performance reviews, including warranty cost by month.
3. KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求
? Good acknowledge of quality tools, such as 8D
? Fluent in English in writing and speaking
? Familiar with Office application
? Good communication skill
