职位描述：
The purposes of this position are:
岗位目的：
 The group leader is responsible for the overall shop floor management on production lines of delicated group.
Manage overall process and resources in manufacturing, to accomplish the Operations performance and financial goals in support of corporate objectives.

Reporting Line：

- Higher hierarchical reporting line直接汇报关系的上级职位:
        Production Manager
- Lower hierarchical reporting line下属职位及人数:
        Shift leaders, 3~5 people, Setters, 18~20 people

- Indirect Subordinate Reporting Line直接下属管理的职位及人数:

c) Cooperative Department对外关系（需要同哪些外部机构进行联系及其目的）:
- Supplier chain, producing according to delivery and planning
       Quality, finished products should meet the spec.
       Maintenance, raise up breakdown issues and work together to resume production.
       Engineering, equipment improvement and upgrade support and sponsor / end user
