Responsibilities:

• Receptionist duties;
• Arrange for flights, hotels and transportation and update the record timely;
• Stationary, office equipment & pantry suppliers purchasing/replenish and maintenance, coordinate repairs when needed;
• Manage file documents, complete data statistic and reports required timely and accurately;
• Arrange business meeting, including preparations, meeting records etc;
• Assist in interview arrangements, candidates database update;
• Complete other works assigned by the line manager.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal;
• Bachelor degree or above, min 2 years of relevant secretary or administration working experience;
• Proficiency in Microsoft;
• Strong service sense, good communication skills and team work spirit.
• Proactive and able to work under pressure.
