1,JOB DUTIES
Assist to external audit and annual inspection by government authorities ;
VAT invoice / Commercial invoice issuing;
Checking staff claimed reimbursements and all supplier and client related payments;
Journal vouchers and financial documents filling and management;
Go to the bank to get the bank receipts and settle the foreign exchange payment;
Coordinating with tax bureau, buying VAT invoices and commercial invoices;
Booking Air ticket ,hotel and renting the car;
Receiving and transferring incoming calls;
Receiving and distributing all general correspondence, couriers;
Purchase office supplies and daily goods;
Contact IT for the maintenance of office network and working laptop;
Contact for the maintenance of Office facilities, Copycat, fax machine, printer etc.;
Issuing the invitation letter and dispatch letter;
Handling the work permit and residence permit for the foreign colleagues if necessary;
Other work assigned by the accounting supervisor;
Other daily office administrative support .

2,SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Work experience:0-2 years;
Good reading & written English ;
Good interpersonal skills, Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, open-minded and good team work;
Good computer skills.
