职责：
全面负责艺术项目的工作。前期策划、国内外艺术项目洽谈、项目报批、制作方协调、预算编制与管理、后期结算、市场营销等全程项目运营工作。
并负责项目公益部分，包括校园行、大师班、公共场所演出展览、工作坊等。
负责其他合作项目的运营。
协助发展会员及会员平台建设。

任职要求
1、 3年以上艺术项目工作经历，并有涉外项目运营经验；
2、 大学以上学历，艺术管理专业或营销专业者；
3、 英语4级以上水准，沟通能力强；
4、 能用心，工作认真、敬业，须有强烈责任感。

Shanghai International Arts Festival Friends Club
国际艺术节之友俱乐部
 
“国际艺术节之友俱乐部”成立于2004 年4 月，由中国上海国际艺术节中心组织并管理。作为中国上海国际艺术节的常设机构，紧密依托中国上海国际艺术节的节目资源和国际声誉，旨在促进艺术节和艺术爱好者之间的互动交流，通过定期组织丰富、时尚的文化艺术活动，向会员提供各类艺术讯息以及交流、学习和鉴赏的平台，让艺术节担当起人们艺术生活中不可或缺的向导、媒介和乐园，号召热爱和向往艺术的社会各界人士成为艺术节的亲密伙伴。
Shanghai International Arts Festival Friends Club was established in April, 2004. It is organized by China Shanghai International Arts Festival Center as a permanent establishment of China Shanghai International Arts Festival. Closely based on program resources and international reputation of the China Shanghai International Arts Festival, the Club aims to promoting interactions between the Art Festival and art lovers, by regularly organizing fashion arts and cultural activities, providing members with all kinds of artistic message and a platform of communication, learning and appreciation. Thus the Arts Festival can take on people’s artistic life an integral part of the Wizard, the media and the park, calling for love and longing for the arts community and encouraging art fans from all industries to become close friends with the Arts Festival.

邀请会员参加艺术论坛，邀请著名艺术家对当下一些热门艺术话题进行讨论
举办艺术沙龙，通过与艺术家对话，艺术品鉴赏等形式，提高大家对艺术的感知
在艺术中心为艺术爱好者与艺术家提供排练的场地与器材
联合艺术家与艺术机构举办公益及慈善活动
艺术节会员的官方优惠售票平台：www.festivalclub.org，提供艺术节期间与平日的会员折扣票及优惠票，并提供送票上门及在线支付功能
与其他会员机构与俱乐部合作，提供与组织新类型高端的艺术活动
 
Organizing regular art lectures for art lovers to listen to the voice of the Master;
Invite members to participate in Art Forum, and invite famous artists to present a number of popular art topic discussions;
Organizing Art Salon, through forms of a dialogue with artists, artwork appreciation etc. to raise the perception of art;
Providing rehearsal space and equipment for art lovers and artists in the Art Center;
Uniting artists and arts organizations to hold public welfare and charity activities;
Arts Festival Members’ official discount ticket platform: www.festivalclub.org can provide members discount tickets during the Arts Festival as well as the weekdays together with delivery service and online payment functions;
Cooperation with other member agencies and clubs for provision and organization of new type and highend artistic activities.
