Position:

Legal Intern - Corporate Practice

Work Schedule:

Full-time on 3-6 months' internship agreement

Responsiblities:

The intern will support lawyers on a variety of client matters in Corporate practice areas, including FDI, M&A, Employment, etc. The job scope mainly covers:

* Make inquiries with authorities

* Conduct legal research and draft research summary

* Prepare draft email responses to clients

* Conduct basic contract review, e.g. proof-reading

* Provide other assistance upon request

Requirements:

* PRC national ONLY

* Law school student graduating in 2016

* Passed PRC bar exam

* Common law education background will be a plus

* Fluent English both written and spoken
