职位描述：
Reach out architecture firm and designer firm aligned with our market position
Identify target A&D accounts in China
Schedule regular product knowledge seminars with architectural and design firms
Track meeting results consistently and effectively.
Attend various networking events hosted by Chambers of Commerce, industry -specific organizations or government/investment zones to identify opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
Become part of the A&D community through educational library updates, lunch & learns, showroom presentations, relationship building lunches, dinners and attendance in other relevant A&D related networking activities
Develop project opportunities by networking within the A&D community
Book, attend and prepare for meetings with high level decision makers at companies with construction plans in China
Maintain and update company’s database to reflect activity and opportunities
Support the area manager in maintaining ongoing relationships with prospective clients
Provide product specifications, quotations, proposals, and lead times to designers
Utilize your individual skills and abilities (languages, IT, networking etc) to help company win prospective clients
 
REQUIREMENTS
Location SHANGHAI, date of availability: position open
At least 3 years experience within the industry, international and China
Native level English/Chinese Current priority is Chinese mother tongue
Goal / Target Driven
Excellent communication skills (including on the phone, at meetings and giving presentations)
Ability to learn quickly
Outgoing personality
Self-motivated, independent and able to take initiative
Past Sales Experience a plus
General understanding of design and A&D industry, available business solutions and manufacturing market
Exceptional Customer Service skills with a passion to provide solutions to client needs 举报 分享
