Principle Responsibilities:

· Act as a liaison amongst customers, service providers and internal stakes to support day-to-day operational process and schemes throughout the supply chain to be smoothly implemented

· Keep customers informed of the latest shipment status and encourage their timely implementation of required documentary processing

· Support SCM to illustrate and conclude logistics service providers contract and agreement

· Track key market data regularly and develop market intelligence tools for sharing with colleagues and customers

· Help colleagues' administrative matters for the group objectives to be smoothly implemented

Job Requirements:

· Minimum 2-3 years working experience in logistics and/or sales organization, preferably in a chemical industry

· Understanding of sales and accounting principle

· Understanding of an international trade practices

· Analytical skills with proficient ideas to utilize PC business software

· Basic understanding for chemicals market

· Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese writing and speaking

· Willing to communicate with people

· Sincere and accurate

-在整个供应链的日常操作流程中，协调客户，服务供应商以及公司内部之间的关系，确保其运行流畅；

-向客户及时更新船运信息，并督促他们适时办理各类单证手续。

-协助供应链部门审核物流服务供应商的合同和协议书。
-定期追踪重要市场数据，制作相关报告同客户及小组成员分享；
-为小组成员提供后勤保障以顺利完成部门目标；

职位要求

-2~3年物流或销售工作经验，有化工行业经验者优先

-具备销售和财务的基本知识

-国际贸易基本知识；

-对化工市场有大致的了解
-有能力利用各类PC软件进行市场数据分析

-办事准确，有良好的团队协作精神；
-良好的英语书写及沟通能力。
