职位描述：
1. Working in a dynamic team within IT department to provide network and server infrastructure support
2. Network support include CISCO 65/45 switch, router, WCS setup/deployment, with up to 8K data port.
3. Support Data Center daily operations and manage office cabling renovation projects
4. Windows server, VMWare deploy and management and Linux OS support including anti-virus and patching to the server/desktops
5. Liaison with vendors for RMA and repairs
6. Involvement in process improvement for daily operations
7. Trouble-shooting with user network, computing environment and remote access
8. Implementation of new technology to enhance the end user experience and productivity
Minimum Requirements:
1. Excellent customer service skills
2. College Diploma or University degree
3. At least 3 years’ experience with CISCO 65/45 switch, router, WCS. Strong independent network troubleshooting skills.
4. CCNP is a must. CCIE is preferred.
5. At least 3 years’ experience related VWWare/ESXi, Windows Server OS (Linux support also a plus)
6. Self-motivated individual
7. Eager to learn and have interest in technology
