工作职责：
- 根据相关产品标准、质量控制要求及工作流程，完成所分配的认证项目。
- 建立项目计划，确保项目按时完成。
- 根据标准要求分析测试数据，签发结构描述和测试报告，对测试结果和报告结论的质量及客观性负责。
- 与客户沟通并回答、解释及讨论技术问题。
- 为销售及市场部门提供技术支持。

职位要求：
- 电力电子、信息控制、软件设计、自动化、微电子等相关专业本科学位
- 良好的英语阅读、写作及交流水平，大学英语CET-6
- 熟悉功能安全或软件评估相关标准及具有行业经验优先，如：IEC 61508, CSA No 0.8, IEC 60730, UL 991, 和UL 1998.
- 认同CSA的价值观，积极主动对工作具有很高的热情

- 能适应出差

JOB SUMMARY:
Under direct supervision of a Fully Qualified Certifier / Mentor, completes simple certification projects. Makes assisted technical decisions based on knowledge, training and experience to maintain the integrity of the CSA Mark.



RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Works with mentor to ensure completion or projects within time frame deadlines. With mentor assistance, evaluates products against requirements of national and/or international standards. With assistance, prepares work orders for the test program. Works in collaboration with Lab personnel to determine applicable tests. Prepares Certification reports, Certificates of Compliance and other related CSA documentation for the mentor.
2. Classifies product by use, environment and function. Determines applicable requirements/test/standard. Determines sample requirements and method/location for testing evaluation best suited to customers' needs. Conducts pre-assessment with mentor assistance, of equipment to ensure the unit is equipped with the proper components and agrees with the construction indicated on the work order and submittal information.
3. Records test data, prepares charts, tabulates data and calculates results as required. Maintains accurate, orderly and complete test data.
4. Strives to become more knowledgeable in national/international standards through research of standards, documentation, bulletins and technical articles in area of specialty.
5. Performs other duties as assigned by Mentor, or Vice Manager, Product Certification.



EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILL:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering: e.g. Information Technology, Sofeware Development, Electronic, Automation/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
2. CET 6 or above, good at English and Chinese in speaking.
3. Proficiency in Windows, MS Word and Excel.
4. 5-7 year related experience.
5. Knowledge of Laboratory instrumentation, including operating principles and calibration procedures, as well as general Laboratory procedures.Certification experience at Functional Safety is preferred.
6. Must be team-oriented with good interpersonal skills and abilities to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
7. Self-motivated and client-service oriented.
8. Strong problem-solving skills, detail oriented, strong organizational and time management skills.
9. Use of various lab equipment, instruments and tools.
10. Ability to read, interpret and develop engineering drawings and test data.


WORKING CONDITION:
1. Normal office environment in the local CSA office, spend some time in the lab and client visiting.
