Analyst

Z-Ben Advisors is a Shanghai-based research and strategic consulting firm, focusing on China’s investment management industry. We are currently accepting applications for the position of Research Analyst.

Research Analyst will work closely with senior analysts to develop a variety of deliverables for clients, as well as support normal research activities. Prior knowledge of and experience in the industry is a plus, but not a requirement for the position. As a member of the research team, the analyst will be given the opportunity to work on various production and advisory projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Research and analyze important industry, capital market and regulatory trends
2. Create and implement Z-Ben Advisors' research methodologies
3. Work creatively and independently to develop high-quality deliverables under the guidance of senior analysts
4. Develop analytical modules of projects and support project management and quality control efforts

Requirements:

1. BA/BS with outstanding academic credentials
2. Professional fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English
3. Background or a strong interest in investment management, finance, or economics
4. Working towards CFA / other industry accreditation is a plus
5. Strong writing and communication skills
6. Any other assignments as directed by company
