职位描述：
岗位职责

- 为我们的客户提供卓越专业的服务
- 设计，建造和管理Linux服务器
- 安装和管理负载均衡器，网页服务器，数据库系统等。
- 管理，支持和寻找所有类型的网络系统故障
- 变成大规模网络运维所有领域的专家
- 改善我们的系统，工具，过程和知识
-微调参数和排查数据库服务器故障 (MySQL Replication, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.);
- 安装、调试 Cisco 网络设备 (3 层 /2 层交换机 + 防火墙 )
- 建造和使用自动化, DevOps, CMDB, 和预安装工具
- 撰写并更新系统文档
- 开发好质量的培训材料和为小组成员提供培训
- 建造复杂网络设计和解决技术问题


任职要求

任职资格：
- 管理Linux 网络系统的5年以上经验
- Linux 运维系统和Linux 工具（top/iostat/vmstat/sar,etc.)的强大知识储备
- 熟悉调谐网络设备(apache/lighttpd/nginx) + （PHP/Ruby-passenger）
- 熟悉其他的网络技术和工具，例如Cisco，Huawei，F5，SVN，Python，etc
- 优秀的分析解决问题的能力,自学能力以及团队协作能力
- 能够同时从事多项任务,并按时按质完成高强度工作
- 英语和汉语拥有良好的口语及书面表达能力,能与客户进行有效的沟通,并能够提供节点管理和技术支持。
- 能够承受额外的加班如果职责需要
- 愿意随时为我们的24x7 团队提供支持

You will be working with an international expert-team of engineers and project managers to design, build, and manage some of the world’s largest and most complex Internet systems, from a few servers up to hundreds or even thousands, on each project.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding professional service to our customers
- Design, build, and manage Linux servers
- Install and manage load balancers, web servers, database systems and much more
- Manage, backup and troubleshoot all types of Internet systems
- Become an expert in all areas of large-scale Internet operations

- Make improvements to our systems, tools, processes, and knowledge
- Tune and troubleshoot Database servers (MySQL Replication, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.);
- Setup and tune Cisco switches and firewalls, including world-class labs
- Build and use automation, DevOps, CMDB, and provisioning tools
- Create and update accurate system documentation
- Develop good quality training materials and provide training to the team members
- Architect complex network designs and solve technical problems
Requirements

Must Have’s:
- Several years experience managing Linux Internet systems
- Strong knowledge of the Linux operating system and Linux tools (top/iostat/vmstat/sar, etc.)
- Familiar with tuning Web service (apache / Lighttpd / Nginx ) + (PHP/Ruby-passenger)
- Familiar with other web technologies and tools, such as Cisco, Huawei, F5, SVN, Python, etc.
- Excellent problem solving skills with a desire to learn and take on responsibility
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure within a reasonable time frame
- Good written and oral communication skills, with ability to interact with end-users, peers, and management
- Working extra hours if the duty requires it
- Willing to be available and On-Call to provide critical support to our 24x7 team
