Key Responsibilities

Sonepar China Marketing Research Projects

1. Responsible for supporting Marcom manager to implement Sonepar China marketing research program including primary and secondary researches base on project scope

2. Provide comprehensive data collection, consolidation, verification and analysis according to designated timeline for suppliers, customers, competitors and OpCos

3. Support Marcom manager to compiles and deliver business intelligence reports to management team for further strategy decision

4. Provide sufficient support and guidance for Marketing Research Projects initiated by OpCos

5. “Consulting Mind”: Be able to present research results based on correct understanding of commercial needs which are implementable

Sonepar China BI System

1. Support Marcom manager to setup Sonepar China BI system structure

2. Responsible for future data maintenance including data input, collection, consolidation and verification

3. Generate monthly Marketing Intelligence Report based on Marcom manager and OpCos’ requests

Marketing Intelligence support to other two BD Functions (Vendor Relations and M&A)

Other Ad-Hoc Marketing Intelligence tasks assigned by Marcom manager

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree in marketing/business management or related

2. 3+ years working experience in marketing intelligence and marketing analysis, consulting firm background is preferred

3. Solid computer skills for Excel and PowerPoint

4. Strong business acumen

5. Good English skills for both oral and written

6. High sense of responsibility and execution

7. Ability to focus on what is important
