岗位职责：
Job Responsbilities：
1. 分析ERP系统数据和创建采购订单
Analyze ERP system data and create purchase order
2. 跟踪采购订单，确保采购订单的及时交付，避免产生空运费用
Track purchase order and insure the purchase order delivery on time to avoid airfreight cost.
3. 分析，控制，改进物料库存
analyze and control, improve material inventory;
4. 分析和控制呆滞库存
analyze and control dead stock.
5. 改进供应商交付状态
Improve the delivery status of suppliers.
6. 跟进weekly shortage report, 生产材料的交期跟踪。
Follow up weekly shortage report, track the material delivery date.
7. 按照不同供应商的付款条件，定期向财务递交货款申请。
According to the payment terms of different suppliers, submit payment applications to financial department regularly.
8. 每月国内增值税发票/进口发票以及进口关税输入ERP系统。
Put VAT invoice/ import invoice and import tariffs into ERP system every month.
9. 完成上级主管安排的其他工作
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Put in master data, including material and supplier etc.
2. 创建，批准，发布和关闭生产订单
