Responsibilities:
To provide professional secretarial support for lawyers, in specific, it includes,
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to lawyers
- Document produce including typing and formatting
- Arrange lawyers' meetings, seminars, travel logistics, etc.
- Prepare monthly billing to clients
- Other assignment required by lawyers

Requirement:
- University diploma or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years relevant Secretary experience in a professional firm
- Excellent Microsoft Office skill
- Good English language skills in both writing and speaking
- Excellent interpersonal communication skill, client services skill and organizational skills; Able to handle various tasks at same time and prioritize duties as necessary
