职位描述：

岗位职责

1、负责网站的整体风格设计、栏目规划工作；

2、负责进行网站定位，制定网站的建设方案；

3、负责公司网站的内容管理、直播管理以及专题功能版块设计；

4、负责分析客户需求，根据需求调整网站各级栏目建设；

5、负责协调公司各部门，监控、敦促网站内容及时更新与完善；

6、负责网站结构优化研究与实现；

7、负责网站大型活动的策划与实施；

8、负责内容推广与各类产品的推广；

9、负责内容产品合作策划与开发管理。



任职资格

1、大专及以上学历，品牌策划、市场营销、广告学、计算机等相关专业；

2、熟悉互联网行业，熟悉网站的运营和收益模式；

3、具有互联网、新闻媒体、网络公司及成功项目策划案者优先；

4、具有丰富的网站运营经验，从事过大型网站的整体运营工作，有直播经验者优先考虑；

5、熟悉网络运作模式，具有很强的领导能力；

6、具有优秀的统筹、策划能力，文字功底强；

7、具有很强的团队合作精神， 能承受一定的工作压力。
