职位描述：
主要职责
1、 负责中心日常运作与管理（教学相关监督管理、销售管理、服务监督管理、行政后勤安全工作管理、中心市场推广协调），完成既定业绩指标
2、 保证中心内部各部门团结协作，营造良好的企业文化
3、了解市场情况并据此制定相关计划和策略，指挥贯彻执行
4、建立团结有效的销售队伍，执行既定的销售计划
5、参加各项培训，并定期对员工进行必要的培训
6、执行总经理安排的其他相关工作

资格
1、本科以上学历；
2、三年以上管理工作经验，培训行业工作经验优先；
3、具有良好的职业素质和团队管理能力，沟通协调能力强；
4、具有团队合作，吃苦耐劳的精神，能够承受一定的工作压力。 举报 分享
